At Giannetto Portofino, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. Should you need to request a return or exchange, please review the conditions below.

Right of Withdrawal & Exchanges

Within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the Order, the Customer has the right to:

  • request an exchange of a Product for the same item in a different size and/or colour; or

  • withdraw from the Contract, without any penalty and without providing any reason (“Right of Withdrawal”).

The delivery date shown in the courier’s tracking system shall be considered proof for determining compliance with the 14-day period.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Before returning any Product, the Customer must notify us of their intention to request a return or exchange by contacting Customer Service through:

  • the online contact form available in the “Contact Us” section of the website.

When submitting a return request, the Customer must indicate the unique Order identification code.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for Orders that are confirmed as delivered according to the courier’s tracking system.

Return Form

The Customer must complete the return or exchange form, ensuring all information is accurate and includes:

  • the unique Order identification code;

  • the request for an exchange (if applicable), specifying size and/or colour;

  • optional reasons for the return and any additional notes.

Return Authorisation

Once the return request has been received, we will confirm acceptance via email and issue a Return Authorisation allowing the Products to be shipped back.

We reserve the right to refuse authorisation if the conditions for return or exchange are not met, including cases where the request is made after the 14-day period.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping must be arranged by the Customer, at their own expense.

  • The Customer is responsible for contacting the courier and booking the return pickup.

Products must be returned from the same country in which they were originally delivered.

Conditions for Returned Products

Returned Products must meet all of the following conditions:

  • all original labels, security seals, packaging, and accessories (garment bag, hanger, cover, etc.) must be intact and included;

  • Products must show no signs of use, wear, washing, ironing, alteration, damage, or soiling;

  • Products must be returned in their original Giannetto Portofino internal packaging.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products with removed or cut security seals;

  • used, incomplete, damaged, altered, deteriorated, or dirty Products;

  • Products returned without original Giannetto Portofino packaging.

The Customer is solely responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Products.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once the returned Products are inspected and approved:

  • approved exchanges will be processed accordingly;

  • in case of withdrawal, the purchase price will be refunded excluding original shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the returned Products are received by the Seller.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original Order.

Non-Eligible Returns

If Products are returned without meeting the conditions for withdrawal:

  • no refund will be issued;

  • We may return the Products to the Customer, subject to availability, and subsequent shipping costs may be charged to the Customer.

In the event of repeated returns or withdrawals by the same Customer, we reserve the right to decide whether to accept future Orders.
